Survey and Technical Director
Senior survey and offshore operations expert with over 20 years of experience in marine geophysical surveying, offshore management, and technical leadership. As Survey & Technical Director and Co-owner of Njord Survey, Anders oversees technical delivery, survey methodology, and system performance across the company’s operations. His background includes key roles as Offshore Manager and Tender Manager, with deep expertise in EIVA NaviSuite, QINSy, and multibeam systems, ensuring reliable, high-quality data acquisition and project execution.
People Operation Director
Senior HR professional with long experience in strategic and operational human resource management. Holds a Master’s degree in Strategic HRM and Labour Relations. Since joining Njord Survey, she has progressed from HR Coordinator to Head of People Operations, overseeing company-wide HR strategy, compliance, and organizational development. Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management systems, and offshore HSE coordination.
Financial Director
Finance executive with over 20 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning. As Head of Finance at Njord Survey, she is responsible for the company’s financial governance, budgeting, and compliance. Her leadership ensures financial stability and supports the long-term growth of Njord Survey’s operations.
Hydrographic Director
Hydrographic Director with over 20 years of experience in bathymetric data processing, QA/QC, and survey coordination in the offshore energy and maritime sectors. Leads Njord Survey’s hydrographic department with a focus on high-accuracy multibeam echo sounder (MBES) data for offshore wind, cable routes, and national charting programs. Holds an MSc in Physical Oceanography and has managed hydrographic teams across Europe for major clients such as Vattenfall, Ørsted, MCA, NHS, and Statnett. Recognized for driving best practices in survey data processing and delivery.
