Njord Survey has established procedures and system support for managing whistleblowing reports. Reports concerning misconduct that is of public interest in accordance with applicable Swedish and EU legislation, can be submitted through the company’s whistleblowing report system.

The company uses an independent third-party platform that enables secure reporting with guaranteed anonymity. The service operates outside the company’s internal IT systems and does not track IP addresses or collect information that could reveal the identity of the one reporting.
